Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Drivio. Please read our refund and return terms carefully before placing your order.


Returns

In accordance with Shopify’s policy, we acknowledge that the minimum required return window is 1 day.
However, Drivio does not accept returns at any time, even within that 1-day window.
All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

This includes (but is not limited to):

  • Wrong item ordered

  • Change of mind

  • Shipping delays

  • Item no longer needed


Refunds

We do not issue refunds unless your order qualifies under the Missing or Damaged Orders section below.
Refunds will not be given for reasons such as:

  • Non-returnable item

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Address errors entered by the customer


Missing or Damaged Orders

If your package has not arrived after 75 days from your order date, or it arrives damaged, you may be eligible for a resolution.

Please email us at driviostore@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your order number

  • Clear proof that the order has not arrived or is damaged (screenshots, photos, email confirmations, etc.)

The more proof you provide, the faster we can verify and resolve the issue.

If approved, we will either:

  • Resend the product (if available), or

  • Issue a refund at our discretion
